Jason Petrie grew up on a small farm in Clifty, Kentucky with his parents and older brother.  Jason graduated Todd County Central High School in 1989, Berea College in 1993 with a BA in Economics and Philosophy, Western Kentucky University in 1995 with an MA in Humanities, and The Ohio State University with a JD in 1998.  Jason has practiced law in the courtrooms of Kentucky since 1998.

Jason is married to his high school sweetheart, Denise, and together they have three adult children residing in the Commonwealth.  Jason and Denise attend Dripping Spring Baptist Church.

Jason advocates for the good people of Logan, Todd and Christian counties.
